UDVC Family Violence Prevention Awards 2013

We are delighted to announce that nominations are now being accepted for the Utah Domestic Violence Coalition’s Family Violence Prevention Awards 2013, to be presented at the Annual Recognition and Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, October 29th at the Davis Conference Center in Layton.

This year UDVC plans to honor the outstanding achievements of three recipients who have gone “above and beyond” the call of duty to continue the mission of UDVC to create a state where domestic violence is intolerable and make a difference to the lives of victims.

Please use the Awards Nomination Form and please be sure to include a letter of support also. The Awards Selection Committee will be looking for information about particular events, or a history of events, that represent the outstanding work of a nominee illustrating why they should be recognized. Examples in support of why a nominee should be chosen can be drawn from work performance, attitude, extra-curricular activities, and/or particular events that you feel merit this award.

Nominees may be nominated from any of the suggested categories although please note that this list is not meant to be exhaustive:

Awards can be presented to outstanding individuals or organizations.
